Pleasant House in Umag with Well-Kept Garden

Beautiful Villa with 120 sqm outdoor swimming pool for 6 people located in the tourist area of ​​Umag preferred by tourists, for the variety of beaches and for the coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants, different species of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses. The villa is located in a privileged area, just 400 m from the beach, 1.5 km from the city center, fully furnished, outdoor swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor shower, deck chairs, umbrellas, garden. Excellent accommodation equipped with everything for a comfortable holiday for families with children or couples of friends. The bathing establishments are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The location is quiet, sunny, surrounded by greenery, but still central. The tennis courts where the famous Umag ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament has been taking place for years at 800 m.

The house is very spacious and bright with a large open living area consisting of a dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, sitting area with sofa, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free WI-Fi internet connection, kitchen with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer area, stove with three gas burners and one electric burner, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, smoke extractor hood. From the living area a corridor leads to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All three spacious bedrooms have a double bed, bedside tables, night lamps, wardrobe and air conditioner. The large bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, washing machine. The small bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror. In the corridor the wardrobe where you will find the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, additional blankets. At the entrance, a magnificent spacious covered terrace furnished with table and chairs, awnings. The swimming pool area has an outdoor shower, deck chairs, parasols. The barbecue is for exclusive use near the pool area. The well-kept garden and free private parking are available in the fenced courtyard.

The house is in an excellent position, cca 400 m from the beach, 200 m from the petrol station, 500 m from the supermarket, 600 m from the bank and ATM, 500 m from the restaurant, 500 m from the tennis courts, 500 m from the gym. opened in Umag. The accommodation is an excellent choice for those who love comfort and tranquility. The house is surrounded by private houses with gardens, at 200 m the seafront for walking along the coast at 150 m the bar Villa Punta. The nearby beaches are varied to satisfy every need, sandy, rocky, pebbly, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast unique and allow you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters, as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, on the promenade attached to the beach of Villa Rita, free outdoor gym equipment is available. Just 300 m away there is the tourist train station that leaves from the Katoro tourist village and along the promenade arrives in Umag center and vice versa.

In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. To buy a larger quantity of food, it is advisable to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.

Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Vrsar, fun is guaranteed there. For gourmets various possibilities of tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.     “Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wenn wir nochmal nach Umag fahren, dann ganz sicher Villa Maria! Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Fotos online entsprechen zu 100% dem, was man vor Ort vorfindet! Mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist ein Traum. Sehr ruhige Lage und doch zentral. Viel Platz sowohl draussen (Poolbereich, Terrasse), als auch innen. Schlüsselübergabe und Anmeldung absolut problemlos und sehr freundlich.”
