The two Inside Apartments are located in a landmarked building in the heart of Speyer’s historic area — with a view to the Cathedral and just a 5-minute walk to the lively strolling promenade known as Maximilian Street. Both apartments are located on the second floor above the cherished “Irish Pub Inside Speyer”. The apartments were completely remodeled in 2018, have premium wooden parquet flooring and are completely furnished. They each consist of a living-sleeping area, kitchen, bath and terrace.

INSIDE #2 Apartment: 570 sq ft living room/bedroom with double bed, couch and TV; fully equipped open kitchen. Daylight bath with shower and washing machine. Furnished terrace (150 sq ft).

INSIDE #1 Apartment: 420 sq ft living room/bedroom with double bed, couch and TV; fully equipped open kitchen. Daylight bath with tub and washing machine. Furnished terrace (50 sq ft).

Features:
An Irish pub open to the public occupies the ground floor; no-smoking apartments but on each terrace, smoking is allowed. Bed linens and towels are provided. Not suitable for pets. Children up to age 3 can stay overnight at no charge in a children’s bed provided by the guest. For children age 4 and over as well as adults, a cot with bed linens and towels can be booked additionally.

The comfortable bedsit with  52sqm and separate bathroom is located in the 1st floor of a historic building, which was fully redeveloped in 2017 and the flat renovated in 2018. The living room is fully furnished and covered with real wood parquet, the bathroom is covered with hygienic tiles. You`ve got an own big terrace (14sqm) with terrace furniture. The whole building is a non-smoker building, including the apartment.
