The simple, air-conditioned 55m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house with garden, garden furniture and private entrance. The beach and the center of Umag are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The area is quiet and central. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a garden so it is ideal for two couples of friends, families or for those who want not to use the car during the holiday. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds (160x200), bedside tables, night lamps, and wardrobes, exit to the terrace.Bed linen is provided (changed weekly).The bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink with wardrobe and mirror, two towels per person are provided (changed weekly).The fully equipped eat-in kitchen with refrigerator with freezer area, oven, hob with 3 gas and one electric burner, extractor hood, kettle, coffee maker, dining table with 4 chairs, satellite TV and DVD, free Wi-Fi Internet connection, air conditioner.A utility room with a washing machine available.At the entrance, there is a terrace overlooking the garden furnished with a table, chairs, and umbrella.In the well-kept garden, the barbecue is for shared use with the owners of the house.Free parking near the house.The location is excellent for those who do not like to travel by car during the holiday due to the proximity to the beaches and the city center.The closest beach at 150m is sandy with concrete areas on the shore and a fast-food restaurant on the coast offering great menus and hammocks in the sea. . The rocky beach is called Africa is 300 meters from the apartment. Both beaches are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.Attached to the Africa beach is a bar where you can enjoy a good coffee, cold drinks or fast food, as well as a volleyball court.The park with pine trees 200 m from the house, the city center, bakery, supermarket, bars, restaurants 300-400 m, all within easy walking distance. In the center of Umag, it is worth visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, or taking a walk along the famous Umag Dam and exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the historical center of Umag or visiting the stalls. There are various leisure facilities nearby: Tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to go on various organized excursions by boat or bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, and bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days away from the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting is the artists' village of Grožnjan, Motovun, the typical medieval town on a hill, famous for the film festival held every year at the end of July. The village of Livade is very famous for its white truffles. For cave lovers, visit the Baredine Cave. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, only 60 km from Umag. Interesting are also the places on the coast such as NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč. Organize different fish picnic boat trips where you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice.
