Spacious Apartment in Umag with Private Parking

The comfortable and welcoming Lino apartment measuring 110 square meters, with a balcony overlooking the sea, 2 bathrooms and 2 air conditioners, is located on the first floor of a family house. Located in a central and sunny position between the center of Umag and the beaches of the Punta area. The supermarket, bar, ATM, restaurant, the promenade within walking distance of the house. The spacious apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds (160x200), bedside tables and night lamps, wardrobes, dresser with mirror and a bedroom with two single beds 80x190 joined together, bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, bed linen provided (change weekly). The fully furnished eat-in kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove with three gas and one electric burner, smoke extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, dining area with dining table, exit to the furnished balcony with a view with table and chairs. From the kitchen access to the large living room with flat-screen satellite TV, sofa, armchair, dining table with chairs and air conditioner. There are two bathrooms each with a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a washing machine and one with a bidet. The corridor is equipped with a cabinet and mirror and air conditioner. Free Wi-Fi internet access. Free private parking near the house is available.Pets are welcome with a supplement. The apartment is the ideal accommodation for families, couples, or small groups of friends. The supermarket is 250m away, the pharmacy 150m, the bank 150m and the promenade of Umag just 160m away. The beaches are about 1100 m while the city center is about 800 m from the house. In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there. For gourmets various possibilities of tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
