This large villa is completely private, has parking space with automatic gate, a swimming pool and private garden and is fenced all around offering total privacy to its visitors. It offers a very nice outdoor space with barbecue, recreation area and even a games room with pool table and table tennis table.

There is a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed as follow:
• Ground Floor – Double Bed with and additional sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom
• Ground Floor – Double Bed with an en-suite bathroom
• First Floor – 2 single beds with a shared bathroom
• First Floor – 2 single beds with a shared bathroom
At ground floor level there’s an additional WC. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The large kitchen is fully equipped, modern and decorated in neutral tones. The laundry is just next to it, equipped with washer and dryer, with direct access to the outside.
The living room is spacious, it has one table with 8 seats and another with 6 other places. For temperature control, there is a fireplace and air conditioning.
In the comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace, watch the flat screen TV with English spoken channels or browse the internet via WI-FI.
Downstairs, at the back garden, with access from the outside, there is a garage that has been converted to a games room with a pool table and a table tennis table.

The private pool measures 8 meters long and 4 meters wide, shallow by the stairs and progressively deepening to 1.60 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. The well-kept garden surrounds the entire house, with various species of plants, palms and other trees as well as a good turf for games and activities.
The BBQ is charcoal fed.
Parking space for cars is just in front of the house, accessed via an automatic gate.
