Newly furnished rooms await you in our 300-year-old country house.
You occupy our country house ALONE and can enjoy the tranquillity to the full.
If you want to experience tradition with modernity, you've come to the right place!
On 95 m² you will experience your holiday in 2 bedrooms with double beds, which are located on the upper floor.
If required, a single room can also be booked.
On the ground floor there is a newly furnished bathroom, a cosy living room with tiled stove and TV as well as a kitchen with wood stove, dishwasher and all the necessary appliances.
In addition, there is a room with washing machine and dryer, 2 WC's and a storage room for skis, bicycles etc. on the ground floor.
Outside, there is a large garden that invites you to relax.

You occupy our country house ALONE and can enjoy the tranquillity to the full.
On 95 m² you can enjoy your holiday in 2 double bedrooms, which are located on the upper floor.
On the ground floor there is a newly furnished bathroom, a cosy living room with tiled stove and TV as well as a kitchen with wood stove, dishwasher and all associated appliances.
You can unwind in the 500 m² garden with its herb garden.

    “Der Aufenthalt in Ellmau und Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Hier gibt es unendlich viele Möglichkeiten, seinen Urlaub vielseitig zu gestalten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in Ellmau buchen, aber nicht mehr dieses Haus auswählen. Vielleicht wäre auch eine frühere Jahreszeit empfehlenswerter. Positiv: Das Haus war mit viel Liebe und Herz eingerichtet.




    Das Haus macht äußerlich einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus waren sehr ansprechend. Negativ: Die Räumlichkeiten im Haus sind für ältere und auch gehbehinderte Personen sowie Gäste mit Kleinkindern nicht besonders gut geeignet. Im Parterre die Nasszelle und im 1. Stock die Schlafgelegenheit ist unglücklich gelöst. Auch die Lichtverhältnisse bei Dunkelheit (Bewegungsmelder im Treppenhaus und Flur) ist nicht optimal.”
