The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in the town centre. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, campfire site and courtyard. We already have a charging station for electric cars (type 2: 22 kW).

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property.
