Das Studio verfügt über ein seperates Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Der Wohn/- Schlafraum ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit Blick zum Teich, einer kleinen Sitz- und Essecke, sowie einer offenen Küche. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit Blick in den parkähnlichen Garten. Dieser darf ebenfalls mit genutzt werden. Eine Grillmöglichkeit findet sich dort ebenfalls vor.





Am Ortsrand von Schwalenberg gelegen umgeben von Natur. Wanderwege und Radwege, direkt vor der Haustür.


Im Ort sind Gastronomiebetriebe und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft mit Bäckerei.

Anfahrt:
- von Schieder komend am Ortseingang Schwalenberg links in die "Julius-Müller Str."
- die nächste Straße rechts Richtung SOS Kinderdorf
- dann die nächste wieder rechts in den "Forstweg"
- nach ca. 100m halbrechts in den geschötterten Weg abbiegen
- das Studio befindet sich dann am Ende der Straße



Das Studio am Forellenteich liegt in idyllischer Alleinlage am Ortsrand von Schwalenberg und verfügt über einen seperaten Zugang zum Studio. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen sehr hübschen Teich mit viel Natur drum herum. Es befindet sich eine Grillmöglichkeit im Garten, ebenso wie ein abschließbarere Unterstand für Fahrräder oder Motorräder.
Das kleine Studio verfügt über WLAN und Sat-TV und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wander- oder Radtouren, da diese Wege direkt vor der Haustür beginnen oder vorbeiführen.
