The country estate of Sainte Marie is located near Ardentes, in the south of the Loire Valley in a rural idyll below the Château de Villejovet (FEC002), about 15 km southeast of Chateauroux. It is surrounded by an incredibly beautiful green landscape with pastures, yellow rape fields and charming vineyards. From Ardentes it is about 100 km to Tours and Blois, the 2 most famous and attractive cities in the area.
The property with garden extends to the river Indre, on the banks of which you have the right to fish for 3 km. In the garden are beach volleyball and badminton courts, a basketball hoop and much more.
In front of the main building, in a distinguished location, there is a swimming pool with a terrace all around. The garage offers space for 2 cars. In the former servants wing is a washing machine with associated dryer.
The mansion offers tasteful and functional for all ages. On the lower floor there are 2 suites with four-poster beds, one of them is connected to a room with 2 bunk beds. Everyone will find a place at the dining table in the spacious French eat-in kitchen, and the cozy living room area has a radio and even a fireplace. The upper floor is very well used with its 2 large double rooms and the 2 rooms with 2 single beds each.
At Sainte Marie you live on a real estate (without farm animals), and therefore you have to expect some traffic during the harvest season. After all, summertime is also harvest time.
