A comfortable house, 102 m², for 6 people with 3 bedrooms in a rustic street near the beach.The flat has a balcony, a terrace in a large enclosed garden. The garden is child-friendly with sandpit and toys. You can use the bikes and the car. Two car parking tickets are included in the rent.The flat has 2 toilets and 2 showers and an extra shower cabin. All bedrooms have hot and cold running water. Electricity is partly generated by solar panels. The flat has a combined boiler for central heating. The house has a nice living room, a dining room and the table is big enough for 12 people. Included in the rent: Ticket for the dunes and other protected areas in North Holland, parking ticket, water, gas, electricity and a number of bicycles (possibly with child seat).A private telephone, washing machine and bed linen. Pets and smoking in the house are not allowed as some of our gases are allergic.In low season the minimum rental for a weekend (3 n.) or a midweek (4 n.).

    “Der Preis ist zu hoch für das was man antrifft.
    Die Besitzer, welche scheinbar das Jahr über darin wohnen, sind nett. Negativ: Das Haus ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster und Türen sind verzogen und zum Teil defekt. Der Sitzplatz ist ungemütlich. Das Haus innen zum Teil nicht sauber. Restaurant: San Diego - Tolles Essen, guter Preis.”
