Beautiful apartment, 2-4 pax., Very bright, sea views, located in a nice and quiet urbanization less than 100m. from the beach, in Costa Calma (Fuerteventura). Next to a large palm grove and next to supermarkets, shopping centers / shopping malls, bus / bus, banks, restaurants and entertainment areas.     “list of displeasures kitchen - accessories • Cutlery very dirty • dishes dirty • pots dirty; tefloncoating peels off • There were no dishclothes. • electric stove has a malfunction The owner of the flat means,
    most of the vacations wouldn´t use it anyway. This information was given only 6 days before arriving. We couldn´t cook our meals and so were forced,
    to visit restaurants,
    what is more expensive. • Coffee machine doesn´t work • water boiler was not decalcified other accessories • broom and hand brush were „ancient“. So it was difficult to work with it. • BBQ on the terrace was left,
    as it was used before – disgusting state • supports fort the sunbeds were bad and also in a disgusting state • seat cushions for the garden chairs in bad condition • one of the sunbeds war faulty. Using it could hurt the user (skin could be pinched) Bathroom • dome light was dirty from the inside. Something trickled off – may be mould. • The number of shelfs and hooks were enough only for one person. This is not enough. • The only shelf in the bathroom was very unstable. • In the shower there was no shelf for shampoo etc. • The number of towels and bedclothes for 2 persons for 2 weeks was not enough. miscellaneous Wifi should cost 3 € per day. I mean nowadays it is taken for granted,
    to offer Wifi without additional costs. Living room The two couches in the living room were discribed as options for sleeping. These couches were so saggy,
    that one hardly could have spend even only one single night on it. Negativ: Mängelliste
    Küche – Zubehör
    • Besteck sehr schmutzig
    • Geschirr schmutzig
    • Töpfe schmutzig; Teflonbeschichtung löst sich ab
    • Es gab keine Spültücher zum Reinigen des Geschirrs.
    • Herd defekt
    Vermieterin meint, er würde von den Mietern ohnehin nur selten genutzt.
    Diese Information wurde 6 Tage vor der Anreise mitgeteilt.
    Wir hätten den Herd gerne genutzt, waren jetzt aber gezwungen auswärts zu essen, was natürlich teurer war.
    • Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht.
    • Wasserkocher war nicht entkalkt
    sonstiges Zubehör
    • Besen und Handfeger waren „uralt“. Es war schwierig, damit zu arbeiten.
    • Grill auf der Terrasse war noch so, wie er zuletzt benutzt wurde – ekelerregend
    • Auflagen für die Liegen waren kaputt und ekelig
    • Sitzpolster für die Gartenstühle – grenzwertig
    • Eine Gartenliege war defekt. Es bestand die Gefahr sich zu verletzen (klemmen).
    Bad
    • Lichtkuppel von innen verschmutzt. Etwas rieselte von dort herunter - möglicherweise Schimmel.
    • Die Anzahl der Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken reichten nur für eine Person .
    Das ist nicht genug.
    • Das einzige Regal/Gestell im Bad war äußerst wackelig.
    • In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage für Shampoo usw.
    • Die Anzahl der Handtücher und Bettzeug für 2 Personen für 2 Wochen war unzureichend.
    Sonstiges
    Für Wifi sollten täglich 3 € gezahlt werden. Ich denke heutzutage ist es selbstverständlich, Wifi kostenlos zur Verfügung zu stellen.
    Wohnzimmer
    Die beiden Couchen wurden als Schlafmöglichkeiten bezeichnet.
    Die Couchen waren so durchgelegen, dass man nur schwerlich auch nur eine Nacht darauf hätte verbringen können.”

    “Lohnende Unterkunft bei moderatem Preis. Positiv: Sehr nette und umfangreiche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Lage des App. direkt am Parkplatz. Kühle Wohnung. Umfangreiche Ausstattung der Küche. Breiter, schöner Meerblick. Guter Schlafkomfort. Langer, breiter und schöner Strand, der nicht überlaufen ist. Negativ: Kleinere Mängel der allg. Ausstattung wurden mit der Vermieterin besprochen und sollen beseitigt werden. Anfangs war es schwer, deutsche TV-Sender zu finden, aber dann klappte es. Restaurant: Mama mia - Gegenüber dem Spar-Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe.
    Zu empfehlen: Fischspeisen aller Art.”

    “Si vous aimez les urbanisations typiques des villes touristiques canariennes, alors vous serez satisfait de ce petit mais sympathique appartement avec joli balcon vue mer. Situé au premier étage d'un complexe de plusieurs appartements, ce logement donne sur la ville et au loin sur la vue mer pour la partie avant. A l'arrière, la chambre à coucher ouvre sur une route plutôt circulante. Proche de plusieurs bars, restaurants et commerces, ainsi que d'une promenade dans les palmiers, la situation est parfaite, mais il faut quand-même faire 300 m. pour atteindre la très belle plage de Costa Calma. Beaucoup de possibilités de randonnées et de très belles plages à découvrir dans les environs. Positiv: Logement confortable et propre, proche des commerces et des bars, balcon agréable avec vue mer. Quelques programmes en français sur la télévision. Chiens admis Negativ: Pas de connexion wifi alors que nous avions réservé parce que le wifi était mentionné dans l'inventaire.Distance à la mer pas conforme à la descrition. Nous devions être à 50 m. de la mer et l'appartement se situe à 300 m de la plage. Restaurant: Restaurant Laja à Morro Jable - Restaurant sur la plage, nourriture excellente, portion confortable !”
