Die Ferienwohnung "Leuchtturm" befindet sich in ruhiger Sackgassenlage, im 1. Stock. Sie bietet auf ca. 50qm Wohnfläche Platz für 4 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinstkind im Kinderreisebett.

Sie verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett 180x200cm und großem Kleiderschrank und eines mit 2 Einzelbetten 90x200cm mit Kommode. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Sofa, Stubentisch und Flachbildfernseher+DVD Player und CD- Radio ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach und Essbereich mit Bestuhlung ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Fön ausgestattet. Im Aussenbereich steht Ihnen eine überdachte Terrasse und Rasenfläche zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung mit der Ferienwohnung "Moewe" zur Verfügung. Hier kann auch gerne gegrillt werden, ein Grill ist vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können beim Eigentümer angemietet werden.
