Child Friendly Holiday Apartment in Moraitika with Barbecue, Terrace and Garden

A two (02) apartment complex in an ideal location since you will be impressed bye being close to everything and nothing.
A quiet location, inbeetwen olive groves and just a five minute (120 meters) easy walk to the organised child friendly famous Beach of Moraitika and tourist village center.

The larger ground floor apartment is about 68 sm and has an open living room space with a sofa/double bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, next to them is the bathroom with a massage shower and two (02) bedroom's.
The first (1st) bedroom includes a big king zixe double bed (180x2.00) with a cobert, Tv and a baby's park bed can also be provided on request.
The second bedroom has two (02) single (0.90x2.00) beds with a cobert and Tv.
The living room is in an open space with the kitchen and has a sofa that becomes a double bed so it can easy room two (02) adults.
*note that the apartment free wi-fi / internet, air-conditioning, washing machine, stove oven and sound proof windows with mosquito nets.

Terrace with garden furniture and shade under the veranda with a portable grill/barbecue.
Parking possibilitis up on the property and on request.
Property fenced in therefore suitable for children.

Please note that the holiday apartments is in an ideal location since there is an easy access to them via the local green buss, car and taxi transportation from Corfu town center, airport or port - 15 kl away.

The beach is only 120 metres away from the apartment and has sun beds, wattersport acctivaties, coffe bars tavernas etc.
The town centre is alsow 120 meters away with restaurants, fast food, buss stops, Taxi station, ATMs, shoping centers, travel agencys, supermarkets, medical care, rental cars /motorbikes etc.

* Corfu town is a 25 minute drive.
* Korission lake is a 10 minute drive.

    “Perfekt gelegen zwischen 5 Minuten zum Strand und 5 Minuten zur Strasse. Dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen; da keine Hotels, Bars oder Disco in der näheren Umgebung sind.

    Das geschlossene Grundstück erlaubt es, auch mit kleinen Kindern, einen entspanntes verweilen draussen.

    Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. An allen Fenster und Türen gibt es Moskitonetze, so dass in der Nacht mit offenen Fenster geschlafen werden kann.
    Die Küche hat alles, was man sich für eine einfache Ferien-Küche wünschen kann.

    Die Besitzer sind sehr aufmerksam und gehen auf allfällige Wünsche und Fragen ein und sind bei Problemen einfach und unkompliziert zu erreichen.”
