The spacious layout of Villa Belle Paradise, with approximately 2,150 sq ft of living space, is sure to impress. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden with palm trees and blooming shrubs, this villa is a peaceful retreat for relaxation and recreation. The nearby Rosen Park is just a short walk away. Pet lovers are welcome – up to two dogs may join you on your Florida vacation.
Upon entering the home, your eyes are drawn to the nearly floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that fully open to reveal the spacious pool area. Perfectly designed for outdoor living, this space features a glass dining table with six chairs and four sun loungers. The south-facing terrace ensures all-day sun and is ideal for relaxing in the Florida warmth. You can grill delicious steaks or hamburgers on the Jen Air grill while enjoying a cold beer. The electrically heated pool is a wonderful place to cool off after a full shopping day. A convenient pool bathroom is also available.
The villa also offers a spacious canal-side terrace where you can try your luck fishing for “shrimp.” If you rent a boat, you’ll appreciate the private boat dock where you can tie up. Within just about 10 minutes, you’ll reach the Caloosahatchee River, which leads to the offshore islands near Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach – an unforgettable boating experience!
Layout and Amenities
Villa Belle Paradise features the classic Florida layout: After entering the home, you’ll find the formal living room. To the left is the master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. On the right side of the home are two additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom, two dining areas, and a second living room with TV. The modern white kitchen with dark countertops includes a pass-through window to the terrace.
Welcome Starter Package
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit at Villa Belle Paradise including:
- Laundry and cleaning products, plus a dish sponge
- Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee filters, and trash bags
- Glass cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, and disinfectant
- Spare light bulbs
- Basic spices such as salt and pepper
Rosen Park – Recreation and Relaxation
Just minutes away, Rosen Park provides access to the Gulf of America / Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River. With its two boat ramps and over 50 trailer parking spaces, the park is a popular launching point for boating adventures.
The scenic location along the Chantry Canal is perfect for leisurely strolls along the promenade or a relaxed picnic. The park is also dog-friendly – your four-legged companions can enjoy the nature and the water just as much as you. Up to two dogs are welcome to stay with you in the villa.
