"Seeteufel", 4-room apartment 120 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper floor. Living room 23 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Kitchen 12 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: 2 rooms 16 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 13 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Sep. WC. Balcony furniture, conservatory. Facilities: children's high chair, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Access to the winter garden through the living room.

Beautiful apartment house. In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 1.1 km from the sea, 1.1 km from the beach. In the house: central heating system (extra). Parking at the house. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant 400 m, bakery 650 m, café 400 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 2 km, ferry 2 km, sandy beach 1.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 800 m.     “veraltete, kaputte, sehr sehr einfache Ausstattung. Teilweise keine richtigen Türen, sondern nur eine dünne Schiebetüre aus Plastik. Kinderzimmer so klein, dass gerade mal ein Hochbett reinpasst (Kein Schrank, keine Ablage, NICHTS!!) noch nicht mal eine funktionierende Steckdose! Essbereich viel zu klein für 6 Personen, es gibt noch nicht mal ausreichend Stühle. Küchenausstattung zusammengewürfelt und fehlerhaft. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden sogar noch Arbeiten vom Hausmeister durchgeführt! In unserem Objekt, ohne unser Wissen!! Schränke stehen teilweise so schief, dass die zu kippen drohen - mit 3 Kindern mehr als gefährlich! Kleiderbügel ganze 2 Stück pro Person.
    Für die hohe Reinigungspauschale wird nichts geboten: Bei Einzug haben wir Haare der Vorgänger gefunden, die Waschbecken waren mit Zahnpasta beschmiert, überall war Sand so das wir selbst gestaubsaugt haben. Die Küche war ebenfalls dreckig, speckig und sogar der Kühlschrank nicht geleert.

    Wir haben die kompletten Reiseunterlagen mit persönlichen Daten, Kontaktdaten Fotos, gebuchte Events etc. von unseren Vorgängern gefunden (Datenschutz lässt grüßen!). Auch deren Bewertung lag bei: genau die gleichen Punkte wie bei uns.

    Das einzig schöne war der direkte Ausgang in den kleinen Garten, in dem die Kinder spielen konnten.”
