The holiday home, renovated in 2008 is a semi-detached house and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, terrace and garden furniture.

Balatonlelle. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Electric cars may not be charged with us. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

    “Als erstes möchten wir etwas zur Lage sagen. Wir kennen Balatonlelle von anderen Urlauben vorher und haben uns im Vorfeld gefragt wo kann das Haus nur stehen. An Hand der im Gutschein angegebenen Adresse der so genannten Schlüsselübergabestelle konnte lt. Beschreibung das Ferienhaus nicht sein. Wäre viel zu weit von der In der Suche angegebenen Entfernung zum Strand entfernt. Wenn wir dann auf der Internetseite auf Lage klicken wird uns der Kreisverkehr im Zentrum angegeben obwohl der vom Haus mindestens noch einen Kilometer entfernt ist. (Bei anderen Objekten ist das anders!)

    Wir hatten extra in der Suche nach dem Haus eine maximale Entfernung zum Strand 500 Meter eingegeben umso mehr waren wir überrascht dass der Schlüsselübergabeort nun doch unser Ferienhaus ist. Die Entfernung zum Strand (kostenfrei) war Fußweg ca. 25 Minuten. Das bedeutet gut und gerne 2 km ! Diese Angaben sollten bzw. müssen unbedingt berichtigt werden,
    hätten uns so nicht für das Haus entschieden!

    Das Haus an sich war wie beschrieben, alles was man für 4 - 5 Personen benötigt war vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist sauber, allerdings schon etwas sehr älteren Datums. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und gut zu nutzen. Es gibt eine Tisch 5 bequeme Gartenstühle und sogar eine kleinen Grill wobei der Eigentümer des Hauses auf einen konkret festgelegten Standort besteht.

    “Haus war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles soweit okay, allerdings stimmen die angegebenen Entfernungen zu Zentrum, Strand, etc. überhaupt nicht. Bei zügigen Laufen ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum, 20 Minuten zum Strand.”
