It awaits you nestled in a beautiful fenced plot in Creissan, a wine village in the Languedoc. This very modern and bright vacation villa has a large window front overlooking a lovely sun terrace surrounding a heated pool with underwater lighting (10 x 4 m). Rest in the high quality garden furniture or enjoy in the shade of the covered terrace regional culinary specialties such as the mussels from the Etang de Thau, Mediterranean fish, sausages of Languedoc, melons, chestnuts, cheese goat cheese, honey, Olargues cherries, olive oil ... all with a small glass of St-Chinian, an AOC wine produced in the vineyards of the region. The modern living room includes three luxurious sofas and a home theater. The American kitchen is equipped with all comforts.

This modern villa is located in a pretty medieval village surrounded by garrigue with remains of an ancient castle and a 12th century church, 25 km from the beaches, 19 km from Beziers and half an hour's drive from Narbonne. Creissan is an ideal starting point for sunny walks in the Haut Languedoc Natural Park and towards the sea. The magnificent sandy beaches of Sérignan or Valras are only half an hour's drive away. The Canal du Midi is also a must for shady walks along the shore or a small cruise on a boat without a license. This welcoming village offers activities such as tennis, petanque, trails for biking, horseback riding or simply walking, as well as producers of local products and nice wine shops. Dancing dinners or country meals are organized throughout the year.
