The house is rented as a whole with its own private entrance and parking, there are no other guests, nor the owner, so full privacy is 100% guaranteed. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults, most optimally for 4 adults and 2 children. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. For a complete experience of your vacation, there is a large terrace with garden furniture and a swimming pool with a sunbed and deckchairs. The fun, relaxed atmosphere in the house makes it the perfect getaway for the whole family. Designed for comfort and practicality, the House provides our guests with a "home away from home" feeling. The bedrooms have comfortable beds measuring 90x200 cm, which can be joined or separated if necessary. Two pull-out sofas provide two additional sleeping places. A baby cot is also available on request and free of charge. Both the bedroom and the living room have their own TV and air conditioning for greater comfort. In addition to the swimming pool and the spacious outdoor terrace, our guests can enjoy all the additional benefits that the House offers such as surfing the high-speed Internet, watching channels from around the world on all 4 TVs, watching content on the streaming platform, Netflix and gaming video games on the Sony PS3 or become a grill master. Our parking lot is within the grounds of the property and has enough space for four cars and a trailer. Two beautiful places, Rogoznica and Primošten, are only a few minutes away by car.
