This comfortable holiday home is in Lukovo. The property has 1 bedroom and is perfect for 2 people. The home has a private terrace for you to unwind after a long tiring day.
The local grocery store is only 3 km away if you run out of your essentials. The holiday home is only 10 m from the beach if you would like to spend a lovely day at the beach. The nearest restaurant is also 6 km from the stay.
The furnished lush garden is one spot in the home where you can enjoy your evening cuppa with your dear ones. You can stay comfortable inside from the heat with the air conditioning available. Parking is available on the premises. You can play around with your culinary skills and prepare some amazing barbecue meals for your loved ones.
The closest airport is only 50 km from the home.
The guests can check-in from 2-8 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.
* Daily delivery of food, fresh pastries, vegetables, fruits, fish...once you park your car, you do not have to move anymore.
* But, If you have decided to find out more about our area, Matilda cottage with its location on the edges of NOTHERN VELEBIT National Park and just 20 kilometers away from the PAKLENICA National Park (known for its unique Mediterranean flora and fauna), offering an extra reason to spend a unique holiday: swimming, fishing, diving, hiking....the sea (your private beach) and the forest on the same day!
* For guests who like active holidays we recommend to visit the most famous Croatian PLITVICE LAKES National Park away from Karlobag 87 km (from Matilda cottage 110km)
* RECREATIONAL FISHING LOVERS will find the perfect location for their hobby. The best season od the Adriatic is the other half of summer and early autumn (september, october) because at that time there are plenty of fishes along coastal area. Foreign tourists may apply for a recreational fishing permit for the duration of 1, 3 or 7 days.
Mediterranean climate is a boon for those who love the sea and all activities related to it. From June you can enjoy swimming (although for us ‘sea types people’ the swimming season starts from the beginning of May) until mid-September, after which the hint of autumn begins (a recommendation for those who do not like heat and of course for those who like fishing)
A private beach is just steps away from the accommodation. House Matilda separates only the Mediterranean garden from the coast.
