It is located in a quiet, central area of Lindau and is only a few minutes walk from the lake shore and the island. Shopping facilities, bakeries, doctors and pharmacies are in the immediate vicinity and only a few meters from the house there are Stops of the Lindau city bus. With over 60 sqm for two people, the comfortable apartment is generously proportioned and modernly furnished and leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled. It consists of entrance area, kitchen, combined living/dining area, bedroom, bathroom, guest toilet, balcony and cellar room. The bright fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher as well as various electrical appliances, such as coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the comfortable living/dining area a flat screen TV with satellite connection, a Blu-ray player as well as a stereo system (with MP3 connection) provide for your entertainment. You will also find a separate workplace with telephone in the apartment. Besides the bathroom, the apartment also has an additional guest toilet. Furthermore, the apartment has a beautiful large balcony, which invites you to sunbathe as well as to relax. For your car you will find a separate, private parking space in the inner courtyard. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is rented exclusively to non-smokers. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment. Your beds are freshly made upon arrival; additional blankets and pillows are of course available upon request. Towels and tea towels are provided. Bathrobes are available free of charge on request. You also have the possibility to use a lockable storage room for your sports equipment.
