Colonya Jaume is a traditional mallorquin stone house for rent with mountain views in the north of Mallorca approximetely 2 kms from Pollensa old town ,it has an ample choice of beaches within a 15 minute drive and is also situated less than 1 km from Pollensa’s golf course.

The house is one storey has tiled floors and is simply furnished in a rustic style. From the entrance hall you can access all the rooms. A large open living/dining room which has comfortable sofas and a lond wooden dining table with its benches.One twin bedroom, one individual bedroom and one doble bedroom.Bathroom with shower.The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and has an adjacent laundry room.There is also a second bathroom with shower which is accessed from the exterior of the house.

The exterior of the house is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation and native fruit trees (olives and almonds). With its large paved terraces and spectacular views of the open country creating a unique place to relax and enjoy..

A spacious pool area with sunloungers and terrace furniture , it also has at the pool side a large shaded porch with wooden bench and table. Above the main pool area the house offers a separate elevated sun terrace also with loungers.

To the side of the house, a large paved recreational area leading out to the gardens offers an outdoor/porch covered BBQ kitchen ,complete with its bar and bar stools. An ideal family area where you can relax have a drink, a game of ping pong and wine and dine.

The house has a time limited air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi.


- Just 2kms from the old town of Pollensa, which is steeped in Roman history and filled with restaurants, shops and picturesque stone buildings.
- Pollensa – also known as Pollença – in the north of the island is an ancient town and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
- The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery, just outside the town.
