The location is ideal to explore the island since the distances of all beaches and points of interest are evenly distributed. Very close to the ShipWreck (Navagio). Hire a speed boat and explore the magical west coast!
House is 150 sq.m large, and has 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds and a double fold-up bed). There are 2 bathrooms with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, free toiletries and iron. Each floor has its own living room, kitchen and dinning area in one spacious room. Each kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove-top, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Also there are 2 flat-screen tv, free WiFi, roof fans and air conditioning in all rooms. All rooms have large balconies with stunning views. There are also mosquito nets in all windows and much much more you may need.
All bedrooms and Kitchen have balconies. There is a very large veranda at the living room with fantastic mountain, village and sea view. It is equiped with garden furniture and sunshade.
The yard around the house is slated by natural stone. At the back yard operates a swimming pool where you will find tables, chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas. A garden is at the front of the villa at a lower level. There you will find a jacuzzi.

Since the holiday home is on a small hill there is a steep acces road.
In the village you can find two traditional bakeries, a tourist shop, a mini market, a tavern with traditional food. There is also a gas station and an olive press where during the summer months you can visit it and learn the making of olive oil. In Agios Leon you can find traditional and organic products such as wine, oil and dairy products.
Famous Porto Limnionas cliff beach, and Porto Roxa cliff beach are 5 km away. There you will find sea side taverns. From Porto Roxa you can take o boat trip and discover fantastic caves, go for spearfishing and snorkeling. From Porto Vromi 14 km away you can go by boat to famous "Navagio" (shipwreck).
The surrounding area offers great country hiking and biking trails.
