Beautiful holiday home with a conservatory and fenced plot in a quiet residential area and at a dead end. Nearby you can swim at the child-friendly sandy beach where it is allowed to fish. You are in an area with many golf courses. In Kullaberg you can ride, dive and climb Icelanders. Easy reach are Malmo, Bastad, Ängelholm and Copenhagen. To Hike offers the way Skåneleden in Ängelholm. Cycling can be connecting on the Kattegatleden, the first bike path Sweden and Helsingborg Gothenburg excellent. Near the house is Kaptenens Trädgård, a beautiful park with tennis court. In a Umgkreist of 50 km there are 10 golf courses. Southwestern Iittala is a nice outlet in Högenäs: kitchen equipment, clothes, shoes, fishing equipment and ceramics. Ingelsträde, a nearby city, is home to a circus museum and a French café. Simply a holiday home with many possibilities for an eventful holiday.
