The comfortable and detached family house is located in unspoiled nature, just a few minutes walk from the beach. On the first floor there is the living area with kitchen, toilet and a covered outdoor terrace. On the second floor there are four bedrooms with a terrace and two bathrooms. Enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and nearby islands and a unique sunset on the spacious terrace. There are three parking spaces available on the property . The homeowner lives on the property in a small building next door. Restaurants and stores are only about 5 minutes walk away.
