    “Freundlicher Empfang durch den Schlüsselverwalter. Liegt in einem Kurort oberhalb von Lugano mit herrlichem Blick von der Terrasse in das Tal nach Lugano. Leider auch mit Blick auf den Flughafen. Die Autobahn im Tal ist ebenfalls tagsüber deutlich hörbar. Ausstattung Gut bis Sehr Gut. Alles da von der Spülmaschine bis zu nützlichen Details wie Kerzen usw. Möbel nicht mehr ganz neu, aber gepflegt. Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Leider hatten wir Ende Mai dort noch kalten Nächte mit Temperaturen um die 10 Grad Celsius. Aufgrund der Souterrainlage der Wohnung war diese abends sehr schnell kalt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht! War offensichtlich für das Gebäude bereits abgestellt. Ein Anruf am Tag nach unserer Ankunft beim Hausverwalter verlief leider ohne Wirkung, d.h. ohne Jacke war der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nicht möglich! das führt leider dazu, dass wir die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen können.
