Modern house with garden terrace and sea view

This holiday flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of town on the Costa Calma. The beach is only 200 meters from the property.

The 80 m² house accommodates up to four people. The modern kitchen is furnished with a ceran stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a sandwich maker, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The living/dining room is furnished with a sectional, a coffee table, a flat screen satellite television and a dining table with four chairs. The two bedrooms are furnished with a queen size double or two single beds. The bathroom offers a shower tub, a bidet, a sink and a toilet. Wireless internet access is available free of charge. A washing machine and a dryer are also available.

The beautiful garden area houses two patios. The first one is furnished with outdoor sofas, a coffee table, a sun shade and a barbecue. The second one is furnished with a table and four chairs, as well as two sun loungers. A parking space is available.

It is just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre of Costa Calma. In town you will find a few shops and restaurants, a pharmacy and an ATM.

    “Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, die Kommunikation fand auch im Vorfeld per WhatsApp statt, was mir persönlich sehr entgegen kam. Alle Fragen können problemlos und schnell beantwortet werden. Das Haus an sich ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Geschirr war etwas knapp, aber selbst das würde ich nicht negativ bewerten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar eine sehr gute Kaffeemaschine mit Siebträger war vorhanden. Die Küche ist neu und sehr modern. Wie gesagt, es war alles super!
    Abends haben wir draußen gesessen, kaum Moskitos. Ich würde dieses Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.”

    “Ruhige Lage in einer relativ neuen Ferienhausanlage am Ortsrand von Costa Calma. Gute Austattung, nur in der Küche fehlt das eine oder andere nützliche Utensil. Klappläden an den Fenstern, einer fehlte jedoch und wurde trotz Ankündigung während unseres Urlaubs nicht ersetzt.”

    “Ausstattung: Alles prima. Nur ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien wären schön.

    Lage:ca. 15 min. in den Ort. Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet. War bequemer auch zum Einkaufen.”
