Surrounded by a stud and a walking distance from unexplored beaches this holidays destination is something that you won't want to miss. With warm winters and astonishing summers will provide you increase flexibility when planning yours holidays.

Located in Alentejo, a classy to explore destination that from couple years back has been winning awards behind awards for its glamour. Five minutes distance by car to beach and local supermarkets and surrounded by horses is something that you wont want to miss.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. The property has large communal areas including a two dining rooms and two living rooms with plenty of space, furnished with comfortable sofas and central heating which will warm you up, followed by an office with an excellent working desk. The fully equipped kitchen includes 2 independent sinks and a large breakfast table. The central heating system runs throughout the entire house and there is no need for air conditioning due to the thick walls. The kitchen, dining room and all bedrooms have windows/doors facing the fields plenty of sunshine all day long.

Moreover as an environment friendly house all our water system is heated through solar panels.

Internet and Tv is provided for free all day long, if booked more than 7 nights during summer a horse walk will be given for free where you will cross vales mountains until reach the summit. From there you will be able to see all the are within hundreds kilometres distance that encompasses cities villages beach among other beauties that nature gives us.

All the advertised area, garden and swimming pool, is to be enjoyed by the guests that reserve it, nothing is shared with others.

If booked for 15 nights 2 horse walks will be provided where guest will be able to choose between beach and the mountains.

Fresh full breakfast can also be provided at additional cost.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
