In the picturesque South Bohemian countryside, on the edge of the Blanenský forest and near the two historic pearls Cesky Krumlov and Ceske Budejovice, you will find your holiday destination in the picturesque town of Kremze. Your accommodation - a spacious and comfortable villa - really has everything you need for a successful holiday. You have a spacious, well maintained and fenced garden (500 m2) with a pool (4.5 m) with deck chairs, two covered and furnished terraces, one with barbecue, a trampoline, a spacious car park and a garage. You can also make free use of bicycles that the owner has to offer. The town itself has all the necessary facilities, including a restaurant, a shop, a post office and an ATM. The whole area is an excellent starting point for visiting many tourist destinations and offers varied opportunities for walking and cycling. During your walk or bike ride you can admire the beautiful, clean nature and picturesque scenery, enjoy the peace and relax. The scenic foothills of the Sumava Mountains have many beautiful mixed forests and ponds. Given the strategic location of this house, you can take cultural trips to famous cities such as Ceske Budejovice a Cesky Krumlov (17 km), Holasovice (10 km), Kloster Zlata Koruna (10 km) and the famous castle Hluboka nad Vltavou (26 km). The other bedroom (accessible from bedroom 1) has a double bed, a sofa bed, a coffee table, a wardrobe and a TV with satellite connection. The bathroom has a shower, sink, storage space and a mirror. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a storage closet and a cozy dining area for 8 people. The comfortable living room has a luxury sofa and armchair, coffee table, SMART TV with satellite connection and cabinets. The dining area includes a table with 6 chairs and an even warmer atmosphere is ensured by a wood burning stove. From the living room you have access to the balcony with a sitting area and a beautiful view of the Klet mountain. The two bedrooms on the first floor each have a 2-persons bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. You can also make free use of 2 cots (for children t / m 3 years).     “Dit is een geweldig vakantiehuis! Echt een aanrader! Zeer ruim .Twee badkamers is erg fijn als je met 8 personen komt. De keuken is zeer compleet. Erg veel servies en pannen en ovenschalen. Ook was er veel hout op voorraad . (Er is buiten een houtkachel en binnen). Er lagen ook veel vaatwastabletten en afvalzakken op voorraad. Dat heb ik nog niet eerder meegemaakt! Er stond zelfs een kerstboom opgetuigd. Het huis was zeer schoon en dat was een fijne binnenkomst! Hulde aan De eigenaren! De hele tuin is omheind , superfijn met een hond of kleine kinderen. Zou zo nog een keer boeken!”

    “Wat een geweldig huis. We hebben al meerdere huizen gehuurd, maar dit spant echt de kroon. Enorm groot. Alles wat je maar kunt bedenken aan servies, keukengerei e.d. was aanwezig. Een map met alle info over de omgeving, winkels, restaurants enz. Allemaal in het Nederlands. Maar ook info over de trampoline, gaskachel, zwembad En schoon. We hebben nog nooit zo'n schoon huis gehad. De eigenaren zijn superaardig en zeer behulpzaam. Dit is écht een aanrader.”
