This apartment features two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Additionally, a rollaway bed can be added to one of the bedrooms. The living room boasts a sofa that extends into a queen-size bed, a dining area, and a huge balcony with a sea view. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge, and the air-conditioned living room with a dining area creates a home-like atmosphere.

We offer free parking, a yard with a children's playground, a standalone pool, and a barbecue. Florens Residence is situated in the most beautiful and quietest touristic area of Zadar - Diklo, right across from the pebbly Diklo beach and the hotel's amusement aqua park and beach.

The city center is a 10-15 minute drive away and can be reached by Uber, Bolt, or bus, with a stop just 5 minutes from the apartment. Buses run every 20 minutes to the old town core and the famous Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun installation. For those arriving by car, a parking spot is provided. Nearby, you can also enjoy water sports like paragliding and jet skiing. Zadar Airport is 12 km away, and an airport shuttle service can be arranged at a surcharge by the property.
