Villa Elaia compiles a hidden gem nestled in wonderful Afandou area of Rhodes Island. Located in the heart of an idyllic setting with breathtaking seaviews, this luxury villa offers serenity, privacy and peacefulness all around the property. Located in an ideal area, Villa Elaia is quite close from the cleanest beach of the island, Afandou beach, just 5 minutes driving away. One of the longest coasts on the island, Afandou beach is organized in some areas, while unspoiled and quite on other spots, satisfying every traveller's need and preference. It is pebbly in most of its length and showcases crystal-clear turquoise waters, which quickly deepen. Along this lovely beach, guests can enjoy meat & fish taverns, canteens, cafes' & beach bars, making it a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying a meal or a drink by the sunny coast.
The villa is located within 2 minutes driving from Afandou village, where guests can enjoy all kinds of conveniences and needs such as big supermarkets, restaurants & taverns for greek traditional food or any other cuisine, bars and cafes', pharmacies, car rentals and any other facility they may need during their holidays.
Guests can also find the golf course of the island in a close proximity. The villa is also close to the wonderful, well-known beach of Rhodes island, Tsampika Beach, only in a 15 minute drive. The stunning villa boasts a wonderful outside area of a total surface of 1500m², with spectacular views of mountain & sea, especially designed to provide the ultimate vacation experience to its guests. Villa Elaia offers a big private, heated pool along with a wide Jacuzzi facility, cozy sunbeds and umbrellas for all-day relaxing by the sunny pool. A wide fully-furnished lounge area is especially designed to create the perfect setting for a private dinner with loved ones by the pool, with a well-equipped bar, a comfortable seating area and a modern dining table for up to 8 guests. Outside shower & toilet facilities are also provided.

On the ground floor, guests enjoy an extensive living room with a fireplace, cozy furniture and high-definition flat screen TV of 55'. There is also an open-plan kitchen with Oven, Dishwasher, Kitchen appliances & Nespresso machine and a modern dining area for up to 8 guests. A toilet along with a separate place with laundry appliances are also provided on the ground floor. On the same floor, guest will find a modern, spacious suite with a comfortable double bed, a closet, providing its own en-suite bathroom with shower. This suite is especially and carefully made with all the facilities and amenities needed to compose an ideal accommodation choice for guests with disabilities, offering the flexibility and accessibility required for a complete and relaxing vacation time.

On the 1st floor guests enjoy a spacious area of 3 bedrooms, all designed to take full advantage of the spectacular sea views and abundant sunlight. The first Suite offers a comfortable double bed with wonderful, panoramic views to the pool and the sea from the terrace, with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is equipped with one cozy double bed and modern decoration, designed to be lightful and provide unique seaviews. The third bedroom consists of 2 single beds offering the flexibility to be used as one comfortable double bed when needed. A closet is also provided. The private, sunny balcony with outside deluxe furniture makes it the ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. A separate, uniquely designed bathroom is also provided on the first floor. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests, while all the bathrooms are equipped with "Apivita" products such as shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap.
