GENERAL This is a great villa house to enjoy all year long. Secluded, in the outskirts of Eretria, surrounded by 4000 square meters of garden and trees, it is an ideal hideaway for those seeking a fully functional holiday house, close to Athens airport – the proximity to the airport is usually less than 90 min. by car. You can be in Athens city center in about an hour and 15 minutes. The closest beach is less than 5 Km away; you can also go to Eretria and do some shopping there or enjoy the local restaurants and bars. The area where the villa house is located is very sparsely populated and views from the house are unobstructed by buildings or houses. DESCRIPTION The villa resides on a 4000 m2 land plot and includes 4 buildings. In the main building, there are two bedrooms with double beds and brand-new mattresses & 2 bathrooms with shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a/c. In one of the two bedrooms we can add an additional foldable single bed for an extra person. There is a big dining table for 8-10 people. A spacious kitchen fully equipped, 2 large refrigerators, a wine cooler, draught beer machine, Nespresso coffee maker etc.. and a living room with a fireplace, a 40" LCD tv with satellite. In the second building (also with air-conditioning), there is a big room which accommodates 2 people, a galley, and a bathroom with shower. The other 2 buildings are for maintenance purposes. There is also a half-basketball court for activities. For your relaxing evenings, the garden is wired with B&W weatherproof professional speakers connected to a second 40" LCD tv which is also located in the garden and streams music through an Apple TV. Regarding the pool and the garden, the villa is maintained by dedicated staff. You will have full and private access to the whole of the villa. Location The area of Eretria where the villa is located is a quite area but at the same time it is close to the city of Athens and the town of Chalkida that borders with the island of Euboea, the second largest in Greece. No matter how long you stay at our villa you can always take advantage of our proximity to these three points of interest. Euboea especially is a huge mostly untouched island with fantastic beaches and scenery. We look forward to meeting you.
