Renovated in 2020., lovingly furnished detached Mediteranian holiday villa is idyllically situated at unique location at the whole island Lošinj ( south-west side of Mali Lošinj ) 30 metres from the many peaceful beaches in small bay without neighborhood. Surrounded only by the sea, fragrant anti allergic pine forest Cikat, villa with garden is framed by 200 years old 2,50 metres high stone wall. Holiday house is perfect for families who are looking for safe, peaceful and relaxing holidays in a quiet atmosphere with special scents and sounds of nature.

Whole holiday villa is mix of tradition and modern. Built 1950. in classic island style and renovated in 2020. On 4. March 2021, we received the recognition of excellence and the label "Stay safe in Croatia" because last year we provided all safety and health standards for holiday homes in accordance with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Tourism, and the same and much rigorous applies this year under the supervision of the Health Inspectorate.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with table and chairs for 6 persons and lounge sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, SAT TV, LED lights with remote control, direct access to two terraces and the fenced Mediterranean garden with furniture, garden shower and barbecue, modern, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a large double bed, second bathroom, third bedroom with two single beds and furnished terrace with the forest and partially sea view. In addition to 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, you will find a well-kept fenced Mediterranean garden with 3 furnished terraces. All bedrooms have doors and windows movable integrated anti mosquito net. Ground floor and first floor are connected with outdoor stairs. Holiday villa has heating and cooling and it is open whole year. Your hosts live on the property but in separated part with their own special entrance and parking so you will have all the privacy you wish for.

If you have your own boat you can keep your boat in the bay, 30 m from the house. In front od the holiday house there is free parking place for 2 cars and boat trolley 6,5 m. The terraces and garden are equipped with garden furniture and sunshades. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.

Boats, motorboats, cars, surfboards, bicycles, SUP, kayak rental is possible to rent and all our guests have several discounts by our partners. Holiday villa can be reached with the bus, car and ferry from port in Istra (Brestova) and from island Krk (Valbiska) to Merag at island Cres, after you come at island Cres there is very good new road (70 km) directly to Mali Lošinj and partially via very well gravel path of about 300 metres directly to the villa. If you prefer to come with airplane, Lošinj airport is distanced 15 minutes with car and Krk airport, 100 km..

The surrounding is ideal for cycling tours, swimming, sailing, surfing, kayaking, diving, running, long hikes and long walks along the sea in all 4 season. Lošinj archipelago offer many small islands which can be reached with motorboat, SUP, kayak or ferry. If children look for some extra fun, 500 metres from the house there is an Aqua park with salt pools, water slides and childrens animator. Our guests have 20% discount. 50 m from the villa is sea promenade around the whole island and here in this part of the island we have stunning sunsets which are in the many calender's and promo tourist guides. If you wish to go to the town center, Mali Lošinj, it is 20 minutes walking, 10 minutes with bicycle and 5 minutes with the car. There are 2 museums, gallery, many restaurants, discotheque, casino, clothes boutique, gastro shops and caffe. A mild climate, rich biodiversity, a pleasant environment and 250 cultural and entertainment events – these are just some of the reasons why Lošinj has become famous as the island of vitality in the international market. Health tourism is an important tradition here and it is more than 125 years. The combined fragrance of sea, pine forests and herbs create unique aromatherapy.
