Il Residence Cala Viola, interamente rinnovato a giugno 2019, è un delizioso complesso di residenze estive, composto da quaranta appartamenti, arredati in stile sobrio, dai colori caldi e accoglienti.
Il Residence sorge a 1.200 metri da uno dei tratti di costa tra i più belli e famosi del Golfo di Orosei, nel borgo di Sos Alinos, a circa 12 km da Orosei e a pochissima distanza dalle spiagge di Cala Liberotto, uno dei lidi sardi maggiormente noti per le sue insenature di sabbia argentea finissima.

Gli appartamenti sono disposti su tre piani (terra, primo e secondo), dispongolo di: patio con ombrellone, veranda o area attrezzata con tavolo, sedie, stendino, bagno privato con doccia, asciugacapelli, TV LCD, cassetta di sicurezza, telefono, aria condizionata e riscaldamento a comando individuale, cucina (ubicata nel soggiorno o in veranda) attrezzata con lavello, stoviglie, pentolame, caffettiera e frigo e kit per pulizie.

La gradevole forma architettonica del Residence, dove sorge un piccolo parco giochi e un’area barbecue circondati dal verde, si rivolge centralmente verso il ricevimento con zona accoglienza, uno spazioso bar con aria condizionata e un’azzurra piscina con area idromassaggio e solarium attrezzato.
SERVIZI: ricevimento (dal 16.05.20 al 12.06.20 e dal 12.09.20 al 16.10.20 dalle 09:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 16:00 alle 20:00; nei restanti periodi dalle 08:00 alle 22:00), bar, piscina attrezzata con area idromassaggio, parco giochi, area barbecue, WI-FI (piscina e zone adiacenti) piscina con docce esterne. Prenotazioni per autonoleggio, escursioni, snorkeling, immersioni subacquee, vela, equitazione. Parcheggio privato non custodito adiacente la struttura.

La pulizia finale si intende senza pulizia angolo cottura che è a cura del cliente, altrimenti verrà richiesto un supplemento.
Check-in: tra le 17:00 e le 20:00 consegna della camera. Check-out: entro le 10:00 riconsegna della camera. Ingresso libero. Gli arrivi oltre le ore 20:00 devono essere comunicati con anticipo alla struttura (almeno 48h prima) via telefono e fornendo un recapito telefonico. In caso di mancata comunicazione non è garantita l’accoglienza e potrà essere richiesto un supplemento per comunicazione tardiva dell’orario d’arrivo.

Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, supermercati, farmacia, tabacchi, guardia medica, parrucchiere, edicola, gelateria. A 100 mt fermata autobus.
DISTANZA DAL MARE: circa 1.200 m dalle bellissime spiagge di Cala Liberotto, raggiungibile a piedi o con mezzi privati.

The apartment is located inside the Residence Cala Viola, in the characteristic hamlet of Sos Alinos and about 1 km from the beautiful beaches of Cala Liberotto.

The Residence Cala Viola, renovated in June 2019, is a complex of forty apartments, which includes: a reception area, a spacious bar with air conditioning and a swimming pool with whirlpool area and equipped solarium.A playground and a barbecue area surrounded by greenery guarantee a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.Cala Viola is located in the charming and peaceful hamlet of Sos Alinos, perfect for guests seeking peace and hospitality. The area offers: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacco shop, medical guard, hairdresser, newspaper shop, ice-cream parlour, bus stop.For those who want an active holiday it is possible to enjoy many activities: excursions, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, horse riding. For those who are looking for a relaxing holiday, the stunning beaches of Cala Liberotto are just at a few minutes away.

The studio includes: a living room with equipped kitchenette and a double bed and a bathroom with shower. In the flat you will find all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home: air conditioning/heating, TV, drying rack, safe, telephone, coffee maker, equipped kitchenette (pots, pans, crockery and cutlery), bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and equipped patio or veranda.

Orosei is a wonderful place that combines the beauty of the mountains with stunning and unspoilt coves. Long beaches, hidden coves, breathtaking cliffs, oases and regional parks are the treasures of this area.The Marina of Orosei, equipped with many services, is characterized by a long white beach, transparent waters and sloping seabed.Do not miss a visit to the wonderful Oasis of Bidderosa (a natural park and a well-known beach overlooking the emerald sea), and the Tepilora Park (a protected area characterized by wild forests, paths, and water springs).The visit by boat to the paradise coves of the gulf is a must: the coves of Fuili, Luna, Sisine, Biriola, Mariolu and Goloritzè.Particular places to visit are: the old Spanish prison, the "Don Nanni Guiso museum" that collects miniature theatres and, for the most capable swimmers, the underwater German wreck KT12.

If you need any help you can go to the reception office which will be open every day: in low season from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm and in the remaining periods from 8 am to 10 pm.Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out (on the day of your departure) is scheduled before 10:00 am. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated to the reception in advance. In case of no-communication the check in is not guaranteed and an extra charge will be required.
