This lovely bright house with private pool is located in Son Serra de Marina with crystal clear water and natural sandy beach. It is a short drive to Can Picafort and Playa de Muro’s beaches. It’s a perfect family house for 6 people with private pool, outside lounge and a sunny terrace to enjoy a BBQ.

It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, there are three bedrooms and two shower bathrooms. The house in constructed on the ground floor level, connected with terraces around the house.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master with double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second has a double bed and the third, more for children with convertible trundle bed, which can be use as two single beds. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with walk in shower.
On the terrace areas there is ample storage if you want to rent bicycles, wind and kite surfing equipment, surf or paddle boards.
The house has a beautiful sun terrace, here you can enjoy dining, and relaxing, there are sun beds, sofas, dining table and chairs and bbq also an outside shower for cooling down on those hot summer days.
Amenities and facilities:
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and juicer , washing machine. There is Wifi internet, smart TV and satellite with some international channels (German, English, French).
Son Serra de Marina is a very special part of Mallorca, there are no big hotels because it is a protected area. The long sandy beach is very natural, with lovely clear water for swimming. Depending on the weather it is also a top spot for surfing and windsurfing. Many beaches and Calas are close by like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada.
All facilities are within walking distance, the house is very central with the advantage of being near the beach and promenade next to the sea.
You will be able to practice paddle surf, you can rent a board or kayak.
There are some great restaurants and bars, just walk from the house, also supermarket and pharmacy.
A 10 minutes' drive takes you to Can Picafort where you'll find leisure, nightlife, shopping facilities and much more.
From Palma de Mallorca airport, it 's around 50-60 minutes drive by car.
