Holiday Apartment is newly furnished holiday apartment, only 10 meters away from the beach in the town Kali on the island of Ugljan. With sunsets and walks on the promenade, this is exactly the right place for a romantic holiday at the seaside.
The apartment features 4 double rooms, spacious living room with direct access to the sea view terrace, dining room with full kitchen, family bathroom with shower, guest toilette, Wi-Fi, SAT TV, A/C, secure parking, BBQ.
Front of the house is a beach and boat buoy.

The proximity to the Ferry Port Preko offers the option of cultural interludes in the city of Zadar. The location is also very well suited for families with small children: close to the beach, shops within reach and restaurants nearby.
During the summer the island is excellently connected with the mainland. The island is 3,5 nautical miles away from the coast. The ferry departs every hour and leaves from the harbour in Zadar to the settlement Preko on Ugljan. The journey lasts for 25 minutes.
Since springtime of 2015, all the ferry boats that transfer cars to the islands in Zadar archipelago and Italy are departing from new Ferry port „Gazenica“ (ferry boat). Old port “Jazine” in the centre of Zadar continue to work but only for pedestrians (passenger ship).
During the summertime, ferry and passengers ship departs every hour with the first-morning departure around 05.30 and last ferry line at midnight.
Once arriving on the island the guests can use public bus transport to reach every village on the island. The bus station is in the ferry port nearby Jadrolinija Agency. From this point, buses leave for Tkon (Pašman island) and Muline (Ugljan island). All places on the islands are connected with the bus line, and usually, the bus departs once the ferry arrives in the port. The house is 500 meters from the nearest bus station, around 10 minutes easy walking.
In the summer season, taxi service provides transfer service from the port of Preko.
The total costs do not include Refundable Damage Deposit. It should be paid in cash to the host on the location. If a damage claim is not initiated, all refundable damage deposits will be refunded after a traveller checks out.
