Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnungen kombiniert moderne Architektur mit klassischen Elementen und harmoniert mit der Natur. Alle Ferienwohnungen verfügen über ein Schlafzimmer und einen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile. Ein ausklappbares Sofa kann im Wohnraum für eine weitere Person als Schlafmöglichkeit dienen. Sechs Ferienwohnungen mit Doppelbetten sowie fünf Ferienwohnungen mit zwei Einzelbetten befinden sich auf verschiedenen Etagen. In der zweiten Etage steht eine Ferienwohnung mit Doppelbett und Dachterrasse zu Ihrer Verfügung.

Eine Rezeption ist für den gesamten Ferienwohnungenkomplex ist vorhanden. Die Rezeption ist morgens und nachmittags besetzt. Es wird aber auch ein 24 Stunden Service angeboten. Kinder im Alter zwischen 0 und 2 Jahren wohnen kostenlos. Die Ferienwohnungen werden alle drei Tage gereinigt. Außerdem erhalten Sie alle drei Tage frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Der Ferienwohnungenkomplex ist ca. 50 Meter von einem Strand entfernt, an dem Sie Liegen und Sonnenschirme mieten können. In Panormo finden Sie drei Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei sowie verschiedene weitere Geschäfte, in denen Sie Kleidung, Schuhe, Strandutensilien, Souvenir, Schmuck und lokale Erzeugnisse kaufen können. Es gibt außerdem einen Arzt, eine Apotheke und ein Postamt.

Castello di Porto is a brand new independent apartment, located on the upper floor of a two storey building, on the picturesque old fishing port of the village and just a few steps from the village center.

It is a modern but very cozy apartment, 65 squ. meters large and consists of one spacious bedroom with a double bed and a big closet, a living room with a sofa bed that can be transformed into a semi-double bed, an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven and a shower bathroom, where a washing machine is also provided. The bedroom is very quiet as it is located at the back side of the apartment and the living room has a balcony at the street side, overlooking the port, the sea and the hills. At the street just below the apartment, there are tavernas and coffee shops. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons. Furniture and fabrics are minimal and modern, with bright and cheerful colors.

Panormo is located on the national highway of Crete and belongs to the Prefecture of Rethymno. It is distanced 22km from Rethymno city and 60km from Heraklion city and airport.

Panormo has a port for small boats open to the east and protected from northern winds. There are also boat fuelling facilities.

The village has got 3 supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher’s and several stores to buy clothing, shoes, beach items, souvenirs, jewellery, as well as organic Cretan products and cosmetics made of olive and Cretan herbs. There is also a physician, a pharmacy and a post office.

Two car rental agencies, taxi services, a travel agency and many accommodation options (hotels, rooms to rent, apartments) operate during summer season – from mid-April to end of October.
In Panormo you will find restaurants with diverse menus, from original Cretan cuisine to a quick souvlaki, offering good quality in reasonable prices.

At the centre of the village stands probably the only large carob bean mill of Crete, which has been characterised as an industrial monument by the Greek Ministry of Culture. Today, the building is used for art exhibitions, cultural events, congresses and sports during the whole year.
