Beautiful detached and modern furnished designer holiday house
This is a newly built and modern furnished detached holiday house. It is located in a back drop of woods with mountain and island views. Secluded location offers for real peace and quiet or lovely country walks.
The house is detached with a secure parking area under video surveillance for up to 3 vehicles.
There is a balcony with sun loungers and two outdoor dining areas, one equipped with barbeque and both with table and chairs. A swimming pool is now build and ready for use from the beginning of April 2018.
The property is fenced and therefore suitable for children. There is also a net and rackets available for badminton and a dartboard on the property, along with a kids' playground including swings and a slide.
There are four spacious bedrooms in the property, 3 with a king size double bed measuring 160 cm. There is a single sofa bed in one of the bedrooms and the option of a travel cot if requested. The 4th bedroom has twin beds. One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor next to a fully equipped bathroom (for those who find stairs difficult) and the main bedroom upstairs has an en suite bathroom, with another large bathroom available on this floor. There are 3 flat screen TVs with satellite in 3 of the bedrooms, a Smart TV and Jukebox in the living room with PS4. Free WIFI is also available.
The house is situated just off the main road to Pula, close to local amenities, restaurants and bars. There is a choice of many beaches, commercial, wild or sand with water sports on offer, all reachable by a short car ride. There is also a horse ranch close by for anyone interested in horse riding and a go-karting track.
One of the double bedrooms is situated on the lower floor for those who may have difficulties climbing stairs, and there is a fully equipped bathroom next to this room.
