The apartment consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, hallway, cable TV, safe, mosquito nets, fans, grilled doors and windows. The apartment is located in a private villa with tropical garden. A couple of caretakers live permanently in the villa, at your greater tranquility and at your disposal for any advice or need. Villa Preciosa is located in the residential complex of Dominicus Americanus, which is a beautiful residential area named after the Playa Dominicus, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean Sea.
