    Steinstrand war v.a. für kleinere Kinder zwar außerhalb des Wassers geeignet, fürs Baden eignete sich der Einstieg über den Strand jedoch nicht. Es gab etwa alle 200-300m einen Steg von dem aus ältere Kinder und Erwachsene gut einsteigen konnten. Der Boden war hier schön sandig, ohne Steine und nur vereinzelte Wasserpflanzen. Durch massiv viel angespülten Tang am Ufer, kam es dauerhaft zu unangenehmer Geruchsentwicklung.
    Morgens kann man den Sonnenaufgang über der Ostsee bewundern.

    Der Ort verfügt über einen großartigen Eisladen mit verschiedenen Angeboten (Eis, Waffeln, Toastsnack, Kaffee usw.). Die schönen Häuser und u.a. Villen an der Küstenstraße laden zum Schauen und Staunen ein.
