Just below the property is the natural park Costa Acentejo, with a circular walking path and paths to the ocean. The property is ideal for holidaymakers with exclusive taste, who are looking for peace and quiet in a rural setting.

This luxuriously furnished 45 m² bungalow accommodates two to three people and is imbedded in palm trees and gorgeous flowers. The interior boasts exclusive furnishings. The bungalow boasts a cosy living/dining room is furnished satellite television, a stereo and free internet access. The bedroom has a double bed (200 x 160 cm) and is equipped with a Swiss Flex system. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (190 x 100cm), accommodating an additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. The bathroom boasts a shower, a vanity, a large mirror and a toilet. Towels and beach towels, as well as a blow dryer are supplied.
The bungalow sits amidst beautiful flowering plants. The large garden with the gorgeous patio ensures your privacy. The exclusive panoramic views over the northern coast, the Atlantic Ocean and the Tide are breath-taking.
The wellness area with pool and sauna is also communally used and accessible via a walkway in the garden. There are no set opening times.
The house is an excellent home base for excursions to tourist attractions in the vicinity. You can explore the island and hike in the mountains. You can meet locals or enjoy the peace and quiet. Enjoy time with your partner or your family. You can enjoy good restaurants in the vicinity or prepare your own meals with produce and fresh fish from the farmer's market. It is about 200 m to the closest restaurant. Shopping facilities can be found in the nearest town, about 1500 m from the property. It is about 2000 meters to the nearest beach, El Caleton.
