The property, an entire top floor of a XVIII cent. villa, has a spectacular seaview.

The property is about 100 square meters and has a 15 square meters terrace, equipped with table, chairs and 2 armchairs. The ceiling in the living room is sloped and has characteristic wooden beams. The interior is warm and inviting. There are a sofa and four armchairs, as well as a TV. Double glass doors in the living room lead out onto the terrace with a view of the sea and the Amalfi coast. The room also has four double-glazed, arched windows, also with views of the sea and the coast. The kitchen features marble and handmade Vietri tiles. Here you can also enjoy the view of the sea and the coast, through the double-glazed arched window. The kitchen unit is equipped with a four-flame gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, an Italian espresso maker, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, pots, salad bowls and some plastic boxes for food. A table for up to six people serves as a dining area. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and double-glazed windows overlooking the gardens around the house. The second bedroom has two single beds (80cm x 200cm), which can be joined together as a double bed, if required. The double-glazed window looks out onto the terrace. The interior is simple and comfortable. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a dresser. The beds have orthopaedic mattresses and hypoallergenic pillows. In the winter season, thicker blankets or duvets are provided. The bathrooms feature handmade Vietri tiles and have a washbasin, toilet and completely enclosed shower. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV and wireless Internet access, as well as heating when staying in winter. Everything is included in the rental price, such as bedlinen, hand towels, bathrobes, air conditioning, wireless Internet and satellite TV, Netflix.

The 15m² terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, pergola and deckchairs. From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of a stretch of coast and the sea.

The accommodation is about 700 metres from the shops, restaurants, a café, a supermarket, butcher etc. and about 50 steps from the road where you can park your car free of charge.
