Country house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. Part of a small group of 3 country houses located in a private and peaceful place only 4 minutes drive to the small village Cas Concos. Perfect holiday base for two families or groups of friends.
The house offers a spacious open kitchen with bar and adjoining dining area. There is also 1 bedroom with a French bed (150 x 200) and a separate shower room. Stairs lead to the upper floor. In the middle of the stairs there is a lovely bedroom with a double bed and an en suite shower room. Further steps lead to the upper floor in a large, cozy living room. To the right of the living room is a large bathroom with shower, to the left of the living room is the 3rd bedroom. A spacious room with a double bed and lots of windows that overlook the surrounding area.There is air conditioning in the bedrooms with a limited timetable (19:00 - 05:00)
The pool (11 x 5) and garden are as impressive as the inside of the house. Outdoor there is a toilet with shower. From the pool there are wonderful views over to the mountain of Puig de San Salvador, and back to the thick stone walls of the farmhouse itself. The garden is full of fruit trees, figs, cherries, olives and almonds. There is also a tennis table and a childrens' playground with a swing and slide.
There is AA/CC with a limited timetable (19:00 - 05:00)The first cot and highchair are included in the price. Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
