Three kilometres below Cervione, the house with the studio is situated on a small hill with a fantastic view of the islands of Elba and Caphria.
There is an electric barbecue on the terrace and a separate washing machine and clothes horse (rotary dryer). The house is situated on a large plot of land. Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts (bikers, mountain hikers, swimmers) can spend a great holiday here. Just 100 metres away is a bungalow for up to six people. The studio is on the ground floor, the upper floor is occupied by the owner. In the summer months, the mother is on site and takes care of handing over the keys and the final cleaning. Pets are not allowed. You must bring your own towels. On departure, the bed linen must be removed and the flat left swept clean. The owner is on site herself.
The holiday flat has approx. 45 m² and is well equipped. It is on the ground floor and has a bed-sitting room with satellite TV and a folding sofa bed. A travel cot for children can also be provided. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee machine, cooker and fridge. A dining table completes the offer. The studio also has a large bathroom with shower and WC.
You can go on great bike tours directly from home and the sandy beach is only four kilometres away. Shopping facilities are available in Cervione or in the shopping centres in Prunete, Moriani or Alistro.
