Nice cottage completely restored with tasteful decoration and spacious rooms for this stone house located in a working vineyard. Wine tasting and visit in the wineyard with a winemaker in the vineyard (as linguistic capacity each).The Domaine is located on the outskirts of the village of Conilhac la montagne, in the heart of Cathar country, in the wilderness, and in an environment praised for its relatively cool summer. Ideal starting point for many hikes and discoveries for both natural and cultural. The proximity of the famous city of Carcassonne and the famous Canal du Midi (both World Heritage by UNESCO), the Cathar castles and mysterious Abbey of Rennes le Chateau, reflect a rich heritage. Nature is everywhere : huge forests, hiking trails, mountain biking paths, water sports, tennis ... and here you are at the heart of a great vineyard, the Blanquette de Limoux.The cottage of ​​100 m² is comfortably equipped for 6 people with private pool. It is semi attached with an unused building in a Domaine of 5 hectares. You have a private area of ​​1000 m² at the back of the cottage with a private pool of 7,30 m x 3,50 m secured by an alarm. This pool under construction will normally be completed in early April 2013, it is for this reason that the house will be opened for early May.Ground floor: large living room of 50 m² with living area, spacious kitchen, dining area and independant toilets.
