Private: property 120 ha (fenced) with trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 24.Oct.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 900 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. In the winter period the house can be booked only for 12 people. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
