The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. The complex is surrounded by a large garden that offers plenty of space for children's activities and games.

Starigrad-Paklenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 650 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The apartment offers accommodation for 3-4 people. It consists of a bedroom/living room (double bed), a kitchen (sofa bed for 1-2 people) and a bathroom. The size of the apartment is about 45 m2. The facility is 300 m from the beach. Paklenica National Park is 1.2 km from the apartment. Within 100 m there are: supermarket, coffee bar, gas station, pharmacy, ATM, exchange office, hairdresser, souvenir shop. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 10 cars) is available on the property.

Bedroom (30 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed, 2 additional beds on couch/sofa (only suitable for children under the year of 11), sitting area, TV and access to the terrace (12 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Kitchen (10 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, fridge (120 l, icebox), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
