rustic romantic hut Nat.Kalkalpen, 2 bedrooms.

In a historic 200-year-old wooden block/stone house, quietly situated, with 2 bedrooms, up to 6 persons, in the most beautiful hiking area, quiet location, next to meadows and woods.1 km above the village. Fenced small garden. Covered car parking space 1.8 m high. Larger cars park on the street side along the carport. Access road ends here, as there is only 1 weekend cottage and 1 house behind our cottage. Above the house is a small garden where you can set up deckchairs, and in front of the house is a terrace with a barbecue. There is a meadow to the side, but it is too steep to use.

The rooms can be heated with infrared panels. As stated, the electricity costs and final cleaning will be charged on departure.
On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, crockery, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, blender, fridge with large freezer compartment.
A steep wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor with a large bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and antique farmhouse wardrobe, 2 wing chairs, free baby cot to set up yourself, please order when booking. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms. Bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer, hairdryer.
On the upper floor is the 2nd bedroom with double bed and a single bed, chest of drawers. Heating with infrared heating panels in the bedrooms, parlour and bathroom.
There is a SAT-TV in the holiday hut.
In winter you will find a pre-heated parlour. Snowshoe hikes from the house, also guided snowshoe hikes in the surrounding area, cross-country skiing trails in the surrounding area, natural swimming pool Seewiese directly under the mountain, free, WC, fire pit, also freely accessible for dogs, rare outdoor pool in Weyer, 9 km, with embedded natural stream, bathing bay, rock garden. Large Kalkalpen National Park mountain bike route of all levels of difficulty leads past. Fishing in the Hammerbach stream and fly fishing is also possible, and there are 20 climbing gardens in the surrounding area for beginners to sport climbers. There is a high ropes course for young and old. 2 km below is a local supermarket, café and railway station.
