Das Haus befindet sich im Zentrum von Sabunike, der Sandstrand ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar, der Strand und das Meer sind ein Traum für Familien mit Kindern. Die Villa wurde erst 2015 gebaut, dementsprechend ist der Zustand der Wohnungen neuwertig. Wir fanden alles sehr sauber vor, alles in allem stimmte hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überein.
