It is an elegant house where guests have 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and dining room. The house has large balconies, verandas and a garden with seating terraces overlooking the town and the harbor on the south and east. The equipment in the house contains everything guests need for a fantastic holiday, including barbecue and gardening equipment. The location of the house is only 100-200 meters from the city's shops and restaurants.

How to get to the villa
Every tourist visiting Stari Grad comes to the center of the city at the beginning of a 4 km long bay. Here, with its size and beauty, stands out as a large stone building made of white stone. It is a school building bearing the name of Renaissance poet Petar Hektorović. On the west side of the building, the beginning of the street is in which the villa is situated and only a hundred meters further on is the viila.

It is easy to get to Stari Grad from Split, which is served by many airlines. You can take the ferry, which is easy and goes straight from Split to Stari Grad in about 2 hours. Or, you have take a seaplane, which cuts the journey time from the house to the airport to 1 hour. It is also easy to get to Stari Grad from Dubrovnik. You do not need a car on the island.
