This holiday home is of a very high standard and is nicely situated by the edge of a lake. The house has a comfortable, temperated whirlpool and a bathroom with views over the lake. 2 bedrooms on the first floor have a balcony towards the lake. The house is standing back in green surroundings. The boat can be used for fishing trips and for reaching isolated sandy beaches. You can rent an engine for the boat by the house owner. Smokehouse for fish. The annex is at your free disposal. Isabergs slalom hills 12 km.

    “Das Haus und vermutlich damit auch der Mietpreis, lebt von seiner tollen Lage. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem großen See und den nächsten Nachbarn in 400 Meter Sichtweite, ist dieses Haus ideal, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Wir waren mit Haustieren vor Ort und konnten diese problemlos frei laufen lassen. Der naheliegende Wald bietet zusätzliche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen/Spaziergänge. Ein eigener Steg am Haus, ermöglicht den einfachen Zugang zum See. Der Vermieter wohnt im naheliegenden Gehöft (ca. 800 Meter). Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

    Das Haus an sich, weist einige Schwachstellen auf, wenn man die rosarote Urlaubsbrille absetzt. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die 4 Schlafräume, die allesamt ausreichend ausgestattet sind. Hier gibt es keinen Grund etwas zu bemängeln. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich direkt im Eingangsbereich der Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Heizung und Waschmaschine, sowie das Gäste WC. Die Waschmaschine ist allenfalls für einen Singlehaushalt zu gebrauchen. Für ein Ferienhaus, welches auf 8 Personen ausgelegt ist, leider schlecht geplant.

    Anschließend gelangt man in das große Badezimmer mit Saune, Whirlpool, Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Alles in allem eine gelungene "Abteilung", wenn nicht die Probleme mit der Dusche wären. Bereit seit 2007 wird in den ausliegenden Gästebüchern auf Stromschläge in der Dusche hingewiesen. Auch 2016/2017 bekommt man regelmäßig beim drücken der Armatur einen gewischt. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr unglücklich/gefährlich. Reisen Sie als Erwachsenen-Gruppe Zwecks Angelurlaub kann man sich sicher damit arrangieren.

    In der Wohn- und Essküche kann man sich durchaus wohlfühlen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist zwar schon ordentlich abgenutzt und das Besteck reicht stellenweise nur für 4 Personen, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten die man beheben kann. Der Kamin ist recht klein, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Das Holz hierfür bekommt man gratis beim Vermieter.”

    “Sehr Idyllisches Häuschen direkt am See. Wenn man Ruhe genießen möchte ist man dort goldrichtig. Auch die am Hof zu kaufenden frischen Eier sind super.”
